Buksh Foundation is a non-profit organization (NPO) and microfinance institution (MFI) based in Pakistan. Its mission is to foster sustainable livelihoods and financial inclusion for the underprivileged, with a particular focus on empowering women and bringing clean energy to rural, off-grid communities. Founded on the principle of social enterprise, it provides micro-loans and business development support to help individuals, especially women, start and grow small businesses. A key initiative is "Lighting a Million Lives," which aims to provide solar-powered lighting solutions to replace kerosene lamps in areas without access to electricity.
