Originally founded in 1864 and re-established in 1990 after the fall of communism, the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) is the second oldest stock exchange in the Central and Eastern European region. Its mission is to provide Hungarian companies with a transparent and efficient channel for capital raising while offering domestic and international investors a regulated platform for trading a wide range of securities, including equities, bonds, and structured products.
