Originally founded as Brockhaus Private Equity in 2000, the company focused on buy-outs and expansion financing for medium-sized companies. In 2017, the firm was renamed Brockhaus Capital Management (BCM) and shifted its strategy. Today, as the publicly listed Brockhaus Technologies AG (BKHT.DE), it operates as a long-term oriented technology group, acquiring majority stakes in profitable, high-growth technology and innovation champions in the German "Mittelstand". The mission is to provide its portfolio companies with a long-term, stable home and to actively and strategically support them in achieving sustainable growth.
