Bond Financial Technologies, Inc. was a US-based financial technology company that operated a leading Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and embedded finance platform. Founded in 2019 by Roy Ng and Matt Bradley, Bond's mission was to accelerate the pace of financial innovation by providing brands with the underlying infrastructure and APIs to create and embed personalized financial products, such as bank accounts and debit/credit cards, directly into their customer experiences. The company connected non-financial businesses with partner banks, simplifying the compliance and technical complexities involved. In June 2023, Bond was acquired by global financial technology leader FIS, and as part of the acquisition, Bond's platform and services were wound down.
