Launched in November 2017, the Bond and Sukuk Information Exchange (BIX) is a platform established by Bursa Malaysia Berhad, the country's stock exchange operator, in collaboration with the Securities Commission Malaysia. Its mission is to serve as the single source of truth for all information on bonds and sukuk issued and traded in Malaysia. By providing transparent, real-time pricing data, credit ratings, issuer information, and educational resources, BIX aims to increase the visibility and accessibility of the Malaysian bond market for all participants, including institutional and retail investors.
