Established to administer negotiated employee benefit plans, Boilermakers National Funds manages three primary Taft-Hartley trust funds: the Boilermaker-Blacksmith National Pension Trust, the Boilermakers National Health and Welfare Fund, and the Boilermakers National Annuity Trust. Its mission is to provide comprehensive, high-quality benefits and service to its participants, beneficiaries, and their families in a professional and cost-effective manner. The organization is governed by a Board of Trustees with equal representation from both the union and contributing employers.
