BlackGen Capital Hoyas is the Georgetown University chapter of BlackGen Capital, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Its mission is to increase the representation of Black professionals in finance by providing members with technical training, professional development, and hands-on experience through a student-led investment fund. The organization focuses on mentorship, networking, and creating a supportive community to help students launch successful careers in sectors like investment banking, asset management, and private equity.
