Founded in 1999 as Regent Markets Group, the company launched one of the first fixed-odds trading platforms, BetOnMarkets.com, in 2000. In 2013, the platform was rebranded to Binary.com to better reflect its core business in binary options trading. Over two decades, it grew into a globally recognized broker. In 2020, the company underwent a major rebranding to Deriv, expanding its mission to offer a wider range of trading products, including Forex, Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on stocks and indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, alongside its legacy options products, to a global retail client base.
