Originally founded in 1964 as Financiera y Promotora de la Construcción S.A., the company became Banco Financiero in 1982. In 2018, following its acquisition by the Ecuadorian group Banco Pichincha, it was rebranded to operate under the name Banco Pichincha in Peru. The bank focuses on providing comprehensive financial solutions, including savings accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, mortgages, and business financing, aiming to foster customer trust and support the financial goals of the Peruvian population.
