The company's flagship product, Axentis Enterprise, helped organizations manage corporate policies, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Its mission was to automate and streamline complex compliance processes for large corporations. In 2009, Axentis was acquired by Thomson Reuters and its technology was integrated into the Thomson Reuters GRC business, which later became part of Refinitiv and is now owned by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
