It specialized in providing innovative retirement and investment solutions, including a notable pension product called the "Retirement Wealth Account." In 2016, as part of a strategic restructuring, the AXA Group sold its UK life and savings businesses. AXA Life Invest, along with the rest of AXA Wealth's pension and investment business, was acquired by the Phoenix Group and its operations were subsequently integrated and rebranded under one of its brands, Standard Life.
