Founded in 1978 to serve the employees of University Hospital, Augusta Health Care Credit Union (AHCCU) has since expanded its field of membership to include over 30 healthcare-related groups in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, its mission is to provide quality financial services to its members, who are also its owners. AHCCU offers a full range of banking products, including savings and checking accounts, various types of loans (auto, personal, mortgage), and other financial services, with a focus on meeting the specific needs of the local healthcare community.
