Founded in 2007, Atlantic Capital Bank was an Atlanta-based financial institution focused on serving middle-market and emerging growth companies, as well as private clients. The bank offered a range of services including commercial and industrial lending, treasury management, capital markets services, and private banking. Its mission was to provide a high level of client service and tailored financial solutions. In March 2022, Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of Atlantic Capital Bank, officially merged with SouthState Corporation, and the Atlantic Capital Bank brand was subsequently integrated into SouthState Bank.
