The company was authorized by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and focused on providing execution and clearing services for derivatives and securities to an institutional client base. In 2012, the firm voluntarily cancelled its FCA authorisation. The wider Armajaro Trading business was acquired by ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd. in 2013, and Armajaro Securities Limited was formally dissolved as a legal entity in May 2014.
