Ares Lusitani STC, S.A. is a special purpose securitisation company ("Sociedade de Titularização de Créditos") incorporated in Portugal. Its sole business purpose is to acquire portfolios of credit assets, such as non-performing loans (NPLs) or other receivables, and issue asset-backed securities to investors to fund the acquisition. The company acts as a legally separate entity to isolate the assets from the originator, thereby structuring financing and investment opportunities for the capital markets. It does not offer services to the general public and operates solely within the framework of its specific securitisation deals.
