Areawide Development Corporation (ADC) is a non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its mission is to foster economic growth and job creation by providing financing solutions, specifically the SBA 504 Loan Program, to small businesses across Minnesota and its bordering counties. Established to support community development, ADC partners with local lenders to offer long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as commercial real estate and heavy equipment.
