AMX (Armenia Securities Exchange) is the sole operator of the regulated securities market and the central depository in Armenia. Formerly known as NASDAQ OMX Armenia, it was rebranded in 2019. Its mission is to foster the development of Armenian investment and capital markets by providing a transparent and efficient environment for listing, trading, clearing, settlement, and depository services for a variety of securities, including stocks, government and corporate bonds, and currency. AMX is a key piece of financial infrastructure in the country, serving local and international investors, brokerage firms, and issuers.
