American Pathway Regional Center (APRC) was a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) designated entity participating in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The company's primary business was to facilitate foreign investment into qualifying U.S. commercial enterprises, primarily in the hotel development sector, thereby stimulating the U.S. economy. In return for their capital investment, foreign investors and their families could become eligible for U.S. permanent residency (Green Cards). APRC's role was to source projects, pool investor funds, and manage the investment process to meet USCIS requirements for job creation.
