American Lending Center (ALC) is a financial services company operating as a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) designated EB-5 Regional Center and a licensed non-bank lender. Historically, its primary business lines included facilitating the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program by pooling capital from foreign investors to fund U.S.-based development projects, and providing government-guaranteed loans, such as SBA 504 and 7(a) loans, to small and medium-sized businesses. The company was recognized multiple times on the Inc. 5000 list for its rapid growth. However, in August 2022, the company and its CEO were charged by the SEC with fraud, and its assets were placed under the control of a court-appointed permanent receiver.
