Founded in 1988, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) is the non-profit-making association representing the Luxembourg investment fund industry. Its mission is to "Lead industry efforts to make Luxembourg the most attractive international centre for investment funds." ALFI achieves this by promoting the industry's interests, supporting its development, and creating a framework for innovation and competitiveness. The association represents over 1,500 Luxembourg-domiciled investment funds, asset management companies, and a wide range of service providers such as custodian banks, administrators, and auditors.
