The Albanian Agribusiness and Tourism Support Facility (AATSF) is a support framework launched in 2016 by the EBRD in cooperation with the Government of Albania. Its mission is to promote and enhance the development of the Albanian agribusiness and tourism sectors by improving access to finance for local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). AATSF combines credit lines to Partner Financial Institutions for on-lending to SMEs with a dedicated risk-sharing facility to reduce the risk for partner banks. Additionally, it provides technical assistance and advisory services to help businesses become more competitive and bankable.
