AISV Luxembourg - Alpha Investor Securitization Vehicle is a securitization vehicle (SV) established under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. As a special purpose vehicle (SPV), its primary business is to acquire or assume risks associated with specific assets (such as loans, receivables, or other income-generating assets) and to issue securities to institutional investors to finance this acquisition. The returns paid to investors are directly linked to the performance of the underlying asset pool. These entities are a common feature of the global structured finance market, allowing originators to raise capital and investors to gain exposure to specific asset classes. It operates under the Luxembourg law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation.
