The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) is a state-chartered public corporation established by the Alaska Legislature in 1967. Its mission is to promote, develop, and advance the economic growth and diversification of Alaska by acting as a development finance authority. AIDEA achieves this by providing various forms of financing, such as loans, loan guarantees, and conduit bonds, to businesses and organizations.
