Originally founded as the African Tech Investor Club (ATIC), the entity was a network of angel and institutional investors passionate about supporting and funding early-stage technology and tech-enabled startups across Africa. Its mission was to connect these investors with promising ventures, facilitating capital flow into the continent's burgeoning tech ecosystem. The club has since been integrated into Launch Africa Ventures, a leading Pan-African Venture Capital fund, to scale its impact and provide more structured support and larger funding opportunities to startups.
