Organized in 1991, the AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) was established to address the financial needs of military personnel who had limited access to traditional banking services. The cooperative's mission is to provide its members—comprising active and retired AFP personnel, their families, and civilian employees—with responsive and competitive financial products and services. It operates on the principles of self-help and mutual cooperation, offering a range of loan products, savings and deposit accounts, and other benefits to promote financial stability and well-being among its members.
