Founded in September 2003, Aegon-Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd. (now Xingzheng Global Fund Management Co., Ltd.) is one of China's first Sino-foreign joint venture fund management companies. It was co-established by Industrial Securities Co., Ltd. and Aegon N.V., a global provider of life insurance, pensions, and asset management. The company is dedicated to long-term value investing and focuses on providing professional investment management services, including public mutual funds and segregated account management, for both institutional and individual investors in China.
