Founded in 2002, PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika Tbk, or Adira Insurance, grew to become one of Indonesia's leading general insurance providers, particularly known for its motor vehicle and property insurance products. It was initially part of the Adira Finance and Bank Danamon group. In 2019, Zurich Insurance Group acquired an 80% stake in the company, initiating a strategic integration. This process culminated in April 2022 when Adira Insurance was officially rebranded to PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk, combining the strengths and services of both entities to serve the Indonesian market under the global Zurich brand.
