In July 2023, the Adani Group announced the sale of its 90% stake in Adani Capital and Adani Housing Finance to Bain Capital. Following the acquisition, the companies were rebranded as Tyger Capital and Tyger Home Finance respectively, marking the end of the "Adani Financial" brand in the lending market.
