ACE (Air Canada Enterprises) Aviation Holdings Inc. was a Canadian holding company established on September 30, 2004, to be the parent company for Air Canada following its restructuring under creditor protection. The company held interests in Air Canada, as well as its subsidiaries Aeroplan (loyalty program) and Air Canada Jazz (regional airline). Over the following years, ACE sold off its stakes in these subsidiaries, and after monetizing all its principal assets, the company was wound down and formally dissolved on June 28, 2012, distributing its remaining cash and assets to shareholders.
