ACC Loan Management DAC was established to manage the loan portfolio of ACCBank plc after it ceased all new lending in 2013 and officially ceased trading on June 30th, 2014. ACCBank plc, a former subsidiary of the Rabobank Group, subsequently surrendered its banking license to the Central Bank of Ireland on December 21st, 2018. ACC Loan Management DAC now handles all aspects of the remaining loan book, including customer service, repayments, and account management, operating as a designated activity company in Ireland.
