Established in 2015, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) is an international financial centre (IFC) for local, regional, and international institutions. It operates across Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island, which are designated as financial free zones. ADGM is founded on a unique model with three independent authorities: the ADGM Registration Authority, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), and ADGM Courts. Its mission is to position Abu Dhabi as a leading global financial hub by providing a business-friendly ecosystem that operates in line with international best practices and is anchored in English common law.
