ABN AMRO Commercial Finance GmbH was the German subsidiary of the Dutch ABN AMRO Bank's Commercial Finance division. The company specialized in providing working capital and liquidity solutions for small, medium-sized, and large corporate clients through services like factoring (selling of accounts receivable) and asset-based lending. In October 2017, ABN AMRO Group announced the sale of this German subsidiary to BNP Paribas. The entity has since been fully integrated and rebranded as BNP Paribas Factor GmbH, which continues to offer similar commercial finance services in the German market.
