TrustFinance wishes to inform all investors and platform users that we have officially withdrawn recognition and removed all references to the MISA (Mwali International Services Authority) license from our system.
This decision follows an in-depth due diligence investigation, which confirmed that MISA is not a legitimate financial regulator. On June 15, 2022, the Central Bank of the Comoros (La Banque Centrale des Comores) issued an official declaration naming the Mwali International Services Authority as a “fictitious structure” with no legal authority to issue any form of financial license.
Further analysis, most recently updated on September 9, 2025, reinforces this conclusion: the MISA license is not recognized in the international financial system and is widely regarded as a “license mill” designed to provide illegitimate documentation for high-risk or potentially fraudulent brokers.
Independent industry watchdogs and financial review platforms, including BrokersView, ForexCashbackRebate, and Manimama.eu, have all reached the same conclusion: the MISA license is a “worthless piece of paper.” It lacks investor protection, enforcement mechanisms, and the transparency associated with trusted high-level regulators such as the FCA (United Kingdom), ASIC (Australia), or CySEC (Cyprus).
For this reason, TrustFinance determined that continuing to display the MISA license could mislead investors and expose them to unsafe brokers. As a safeguard for our community, all references to MISA have now been removed from our platform.
We strongly emphasize to investors: any broker claiming regulation under MISA should be treated as a major red flag. Such claims indicate extremely high risk, and funds should not be deposited with these entities. Investors are advised to work only with brokers supervised by recognized, high-level regulatory authorities to ensure transparency, legal protection, and financial security.
TrustFinance will continue to monitor, verify, and update regulatory information on an ongoing basis to provide accurate, transparent, and investor-focused insights that help you make informed financial decisions.
