Xtend is a 100% credit union-owned CUSO founded in 2002 and based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It operates as a cooperative, with its primary mission being to help credit unions compete in the modern financial marketplace by providing a wide range of shared services. These services include back-office support, contact center solutions, accounting services, marketing and communication strategies, and custom web development. By pooling resources, Xtend enables its credit union partners to access expertise and technology that might otherwise be cost-prohibitive, fostering growth and enhancing member service.
