Founded in 1981, Wasatch Business Finance is a private, non-profit corporation designated as a Certified Development Company (CDC) by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Its mission is to foster economic development and job creation by providing small businesses with access to long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as real estate and equipment, primarily through the SBA 504 Loan Program.
