Founded in 1934 as the John Deere Employees Credit Union, Veridian Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned entirely by its members. Its mission is to partner with members to create successful financial futures. Unlike a traditional bank, Veridian returns its profits to members in the form of better rates and lower fees. The credit union has grown significantly over the years through expanded charters and mergers, now serving numerous counties in Iowa and Nebraska, offering a comprehensive suite of personal and business financial products, including checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and investment services.
