USAmeriBancorp, Inc. was a U.S. bank holding company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Its primary subsidiary, USAmeriBank, was a community bank established in 2007 that focused on providing commercial and consumer banking services, including lending, deposit, and treasury management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals. The company grew significantly in the West Central Florida region and expanded into Alabama. On January 1, 2018, USAmeriBancorp, Inc. was officially acquired by and merged into Valley National Bancorp, with all USAmeriBank branches subsequently rebranded as Valley Bank.
