Ukristo na Ufanisi Sacco Society Limited was registered in 1987, initially for employees of the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) and its associated organizations. It has since opened its membership to the general public. The Sacco's mission is to mobilize savings and provide affordable credit facilities and other competitive financial solutions to its members for their socio-economic empowerment, guided by co-operative principles and Christian values. It is licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) in Kenya.
