Founded in 2008 by Anish Williams, TranServ Private Limited was a leading digital payments and financial services company based in India. The company focused on creating a cashless ecosystem by offering a range of payment solutions for both consumers and businesses. Its flagship product was the Udio Wallet, one of India's first social wallets, which enabled P2P transactions, bill payments, and merchant payments. TranServ also partnered with major banks to launch co-branded prepaid cards and provided B2B payment processing solutions. In 2017, the company was acquired by Indiabulls Ventures and amalgamated into its subsidiary, Indiabulls Consumer Finance, to strengthen its fintech and digital lending capabilities.
