The International Stock Exchange (TISE) was founded in 1998 as the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and rebranded in 2017 to reflect its increasingly international business model. It is a regulated stock exchange headquartered in Guernsey and with offices in Jersey and the Isle of Man. TISE's mission is to offer a convenient and cost-effective listing and trading facility for a diverse range of issuers and products, specializing in being a major European professional bond market, particularly for high-yield bonds and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
