The Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) was established under the Investment and Financial Analysts Act (No. 13 of 2015) of the Laws of Kenya. Its primary mandate is to set standards, provide examinations, and regulate the professional conduct of investment and financial analysts to promote professionalism and ethical standards within the Kenyan financial industry. The Institute offers the Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA) qualification and provides continuous professional development to its members, working to enhance the integrity and credibility of the capital markets.
