Formed in 2005 as the South West Audit Partnership, SWAP Internal Audit Services is a not-for-profit company wholly owned by a partnership of public bodies. Its mission is to provide high-quality, independent, and objective internal audit, assurance, and risk management services to its partners and other clients, primarily within the local government and public sector.
