Stichting Fonds Bevordering Beroepsopleiding in het Kappersbedrijf, commonly known as FBBK, is a foundation established by social partners (employers' and employees' organizations) in the Dutch hairdressing sector. Its mission is to enhance the professional skills and long-term employability of individuals working in this industry. FBBK collects a mandatory contribution from all employers in the hairdressing sector, as stipulated in the collective labor agreement (CAO). These funds are then used to subsidize various training programs, courses, and initiatives aimed at improving the quality and expertise within the profession.
