Incorporated in 1994, STCI Finance Limited is a Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND-SI) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It was originally set up by the RBI as a subsidiary of the Securities Trading Corporation of India Ltd (STCI). The company's core business is focused on providing structured debt solutions to corporations, including corporate loans, loans against shares, promoter funding, real estate sector financing, and debt capital market services such as merchant banking and syndication.
