Founded in 1960 for military and civilian personnel at Eielson Air Force Base, Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union has grown to serve the Fairbanks North Star Borough, the Denali Borough, and the Municipality of Anchorage. As a member-owned financial cooperative, its mission is to provide quality financial services to its members, reinvesting profits back into the community through better rates and services.
