The Small Business Development Corporation of Orange County (SBFDOC) is a non-profit public benefit corporation founded in 2001. It is part of the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank's (IBank) Small Business Loan Guarantee Program. The organization's mission is to create and retain jobs and promote economic development by providing accessible and affordable financing to small businesses in California, helping them secure capital when they cannot qualify for a conventional bank loan.
