The Saudi Exchange is the official stock exchange of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the largest in the Middle East. Established as a joint stock company in 2007, it has been the sole entity authorized to act as a securities exchange in the Kingdom. In 2021, it underwent a transformation, rebranding from "Tadawul" to "Saudi Exchange" and becoming a subsidiary of the newly formed parent company, the Saudi Tadawul Group. Its mission is to provide a reliable and efficient platform for listing and trading a diverse range of financial instruments, including equities, Sukuk and bonds, and ETFs, contributing to the growth and diversification of the Saudi Arabian economy in line with Vision 2030.
