Russian National Commercial Bank
Information by Research Trustfinance
Russian National Commercial Bank (RNCB) was established in 1991 but fundamentally transformed its operations in 2014. Following the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation, RNCB became one of the first Russian banks to operate in the peninsula, quickly growing to become the region's systemically important bank by taking over the infrastructure left by Ukrainian banks. It is fully owned by the Federal Agency for State Property Management of Russia. The bank provides a full range of standard banking services to retail and corporate clients, including deposits, loans, payment cards (MIR), and online banking, playing a crucial role in the financial integration of the region with the Russian Federation.
