Prime Factor Capital was a London-based investment manager specializing in crypto assets. The firm gained prominence by becoming the first crypto-asset hedge fund to be regulated as a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This allowed it to manage more than €100 million in assets and market its funds to professional investors across the European Union. The company has since closed down and is no longer an active, authorized entity.
