Premier Bank Kenya Limited, formerly known as First Community Bank (FCB), is a commercial bank offering a wide range of Shari'ah-compliant financial products and services in Kenya. It was licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya in 2008, becoming the country's first Shari'ah-compliant bank. Following an acquisition, the bank rebranded to Premier Bank Kenya in May 2023. Its mission is to provide innovative and ethical banking solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients, adhering strictly to Islamic finance principles which prohibit interest (Riba) and investments in non-permissible industries.
